Ugh. I do not feel good. Oh, well, better try to rebuild.
*looks around*
Okay, here’s the vena cava. Good. Now where’s the aorta? Ah, here it is!
*looks around some more*
Ooh, there’s the left ventricle. Eww, it’s dusty. *cleans it off* There. Right ventricle? Hmmm, where could it be?
*looks around*
Oh, good. It’s right here.
*looks around more, slowly finds rest of missing pieces*
That all of them? Sweet.
*puts pieces together with some CardioTapeTM*
There! Good as new!
*puts it back where it belongs*
And you wonder why I never let you out? That was totally not even close to worth it. Shame on you. Now stay put.
This has been Day 73 of the 100 Days of Summer, Round 7.

Biologists have a weird sense of humor. 😉
🙁
I know what this is all about
You should have said so Kat
🙁
I definitely thought you were talking about a lab specimen the first time I read this.
Probably because I thought I saw the word “kidney.”
I’m in New York now, and I plan on visiting D.C. sometime soon. We should hang out, because a year ago, you were awesome to hang out with, and I miss talking to you.
Or you can visit here and stay with me and Rob and Jason and Ana. o_O
Yep, those things break easily. 🙁
I’d love that, Pam! I had thought of heading your direction sometime in September, though no definite plans have been made. I miss you, too.
DUDE, you would be so incredibly welcome. By September 15, we’ll be all set up in the apartment and jobs, and that would be a FANTASTIC time for you to visit. Seriously. Do it.
But either way it goes, I’ll probably be making my way down to D.C. to visit my family in December.
Screw December, that’s too far away. Get over here! :doitnow: And also, we’re thinking about making the third bedroom into a guest room, so you’d be quite comfortable. 🙂
